I Received a Sensor Alert Trigger But No Notification

If you can see the alert event in the MOCREO Smart App, your sensor successfully triggered the alert.

For Hub + Sensor systems or self-connected sensors (e.g., NS1 Sensor), follow these troubleshooting steps based on your notification method:

App Push Notifications

  1. Verify permissions:
Ensure the app has notification permissions enabled on your phone.
  2. Check connectivity:
Confirm your phone has active internet access.
  3. Review restrictions:
Disable Do Not Disturb, Power Saving Mode, or other settings blocking notifications.

Email Notifications

  1. Check spam/junk folders:
    Search for emails from <[email protected]> or <[email protected]>.
  2. Whitelist senders:
Add our addresses to your email allowlist/contacts to prevent blocking.
  3. Free up storage:
Delete older emails if your mailbox storage is full.

Is SMS Notification Service Available? Is It Paid?

Currently, only the LW1 Sensor supports SMS notifications. For other products, SMS notification support will be released in the future along with the MOCREO paid subscription system and other related features.

Hub Buzzer Alerts (Hub-dependent)

For NS1 Sensor

Early production versions do not have an internal buzzer. NS2/NS3 models generally include one.

For H5 Hub

Enable the buzzer locally on the Hub. Path:
Settings > Display & Sound > Enable Buzzer
