How to Join Someone's Home

Problem Description

Users want to join other people's MOCREO Home system to achieve multi-user shared management.

Solution

Through QR Code Invitation

For Home Administrator: 1. Open MOCREO Smart App 2. Go to Profile >>> Home Management 3. Select your Home 4. Tap "Invite Members" 5. Display your QR code

For New Members: 1. Download MOCREO Smart App 2. Register and log in to your MOCREO account 3. Tap the [+] button in the top right corner 4. Scan the Home QR code

QR Code Scanning Notes

1. Ensure you are using the MOCREO Smart App's built-in QR code scanner
2. Grant the App valid camera permissions before scanning
3. Ensure the QR code is newly generated (QR code validity is only 10 minutes)
