Home Management

Through the "Home Management" feature in the MOCREO Smart App, you can create multiple Homes (assets). We recommend creating separate "Homes" for different device deployment locations to better organize your devices.

How it works: - One MOCREO account can manage multiple Homes - Each Home can contain multiple Hubs and Sensors - Hubs and Sensors are bound to specific Homes, not directly to accounts

Important: "Home Management" is not just a visual grouping tool. In the MOCREO Smart System, Homes are actual system entities that establish binding relationships with devices.

Room Management

Through the "Room Management" feature in the MOCREO Smart App, you can create multiple Rooms within a Home to organize your devices by location (e.g., Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen).

Benefits: - Easier device navigation when you have many devices - Better visual organization of your smart home setup - Quick access to devices in specific areas

Note: Room Management is purely for organization purposes and does not affect device functionality or system architecture.

Multi-User Management

Home Management

As the Home creator, you can invite family members or colleagues and assign different permission levels during the invitation process.

Permission Levels:

  • Admin
  • Full control over all devices in the Home
  • Can modify device settings, add/remove devices
  • Can invite new members and manage existing users

  • Can remove other members from the Home

  • User

  • View-only access to all devices in the Home
  • Cannot modify device settings or add/remove devices
  • Cannot manage other users
