The left screen of my Hub shows '----', what should I do?
This indicates that the sensor monitoring data deployed near your Hub cannot be updated normally.
Step 1: Identify the Sensor Displayed on the Left Screen
We recommend checking which sensor's monitoring data is currently configured to display on the Hub's left screen by following this navigation path:
Navigation Path:
Hub Right Screen Main Menu >>> Settings (Apps) >>> Sensor >>> Sensor Data on LED Portal >>> View the currently configured sensor
Step 2: Troubleshoot Based on Sensor Status
After identifying the problematic sensor, please troubleshoot according to the sensor status shown in the App:
