How to check the MAC address of my Hub

Your Hub's MAC address is based on the Hub Serial Number (SN) and depends on the connection type:

  • Wi-Fi connection: MAC address matches the Hub SN

  • Example: Hub SN MC30EDA03ACB98 → MAC address 30:ED:A0:3A:CB:98

  • Ethernet connection: MAC address is Hub SN + 3

  • Example: Hub SN MC30EDA03ACB98 → MAC address 30:ED:A0:3A:CB:9B
