I changed to a new router, how can I restore my Hub to normal operation?
Re-add your Hub through the App and select the new Wi-Fi network during setup.
- Enter Setup mode on your Hub: Settings >>> Device >>> Setup
- Open the App and follow the Hub setup process
- When prompted, select the new Wi-Fi network for connection
Note: You don't need to reconfigure your sensors. Bluetooth LE/LoRa Sensors communicate with the Hub via Bluetooth LE/LoRa (not Wi-Fi), so they will automatically reconnect once the Hub is back online.
