Sensor Monitoring Data Update Rules

This document describes when sensor data updates are reflected on the H5‑series MOCREO Hub screen and in the MOCREO Smart App.

H5‑series MOCREO Hub Screen

Bluetooth LE Sensors (ST5, MS1, …)

• Data updates immediately once the Hub scans and parses the sensor’s BLE advertisement.

LoRa Sensors (LS1, LS2, …)

• If the ambient temperature change is greater than 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates immediately
• If the ambient temperature change is less than or equal to 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates every 10 minutes

MOCREO Smart App

Bluetooth LE Sensors (ST5, MS1, …)

• If the ambient temperature change is greater than 1.8℉ (1℃): updates immediately
• If the ambient temperature change is less than or equal to 1.8℉ (1℃): updates every 10 minutes

LoRa Sensors (LS1, LS2, …)

• If the ambient temperature change is greater than 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates immediately
• If the ambient temperature change is less than or equal to 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates every 10 minutes
