Sensor Monitoring Data Update Rules¶
This document describes when sensor data updates are reflected on the H5‑series MOCREO Hub screen and in the MOCREO Smart App.
H5‑series MOCREO Hub Screen¶
Customizing Update Frequency¶
- Bluetooth LE Sensors (ST5, MS1, …): If you need to modify the monitoring data update frequency for your BLE sensors, please contact our support team at [email protected].
- LoRa Sensors (LS1, LS2, …): Customizing the update frequency is not supported for LoRa sensors to maintain optimal long-range performance and battery life.
MOCREO Smart App¶
Bluetooth LE Sensors (ST5, MS1, …)¶
- If the ambient temperature change is greater than 1.8℉ (1℃): updates immediately
- If the ambient temperature change is less than or equal to 1.8℉ (1℃): updates every 10 minutes
LoRa Sensors (LS1, LS2, …)¶
- If the ambient temperature change is greater than 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates immediately
- If the ambient temperature change is less than or equal to 2.7℉ (1.5℃): updates every 10 minutes
