My Sensor is Offline. What Should I Do?

(Applies to Bluetooth LE Sensors and LoRa Sensors)

Part A: General Diagnostics

If you're on-site, we recommend checking these steps sequentially:

Check Hub status

→ Determine if sensor offline relates to Hub issues

Verify sensor battery

  • Press setup button for 1s
  • Check for brief blue LED flash
  • Low battery? Use included adapter/cable to recharge or replace batteries

Reposition sensor

→ Check if distance from Hub causes disconnection
- Place Hub and sensor elevated in same space
- Avoid obstacles and signal interference
- Monitor real-time signal level:
H5 >>> Sensor App >>> Select sensor >>> Press encoder twice >>> View signal level

Software/hardware failure

If sensor remains offline when placed near Hub:
→ Contact us
→ Provide sensor SN/name for further support

Part B: Advanced Diagnostics

LW1 Sensor Advanced Troubleshooting Solutions

LW1 Sensor Offline Diagnostics

No Light

Symptom: Indicator light does not turn on, and there is no beep sound.

Diagnosis: Power failure. Please check and try replacing the battery.

Normal Status

Symptom: Indicator light flashes and emits a beep sound.
