Download the App and Create an Account

Install the MOCREO Sensor App, create an account, verify the email address, and sign in before adding devices.

1. Install the MOCREO Sensor App

Install or update the MOCREO Sensor App from the store for your phone:

2. Create the Account

  1. Open the App and tap Create an account.
  2. Enter an email address that can receive mail and create a password.
  3. Tap Create An Account.
  4. Open the message from [email protected] and use its verification link.
  5. Return to the App and sign in with the verified account.

The account is ready when the verification page reports that registration has been confirmed.

3. Prepare for Device Setup

  • Enable Bluetooth while adding devices.
  • Grant nearby-device or location permission when Android requests it.
  • Connect the phone to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network that the Hub will use.
