MOCREO Smart System Communication Architecture
The Smart App exchanges monitoring data, settings, and alerts directly with MOCREO Cloud. Hubs and direct Wi-Fi sensors reach the Cloud through the local router, while Bluetooth LE and LoRa sensors communicate through a compatible MOCREO Hub.
Account, Asset, Device, and Member Hierarchy
An account is the sign-in identity and can create or join multiple assets. Each asset is an independent workspace with its own bound devices and members. A member's role controls access only within that asset.
App Capacity Guidelines
- Devices per Asset: No hard cap on how many hubs or sensors you can link to a single asset. Add as many as your application requires.
- Members per Asset: Likewise, you may invite unlimited teammates to collaborate on the same asset.
Performance Considerations
- Large numbers of devices or members can increase the amount of data the app must load, which may cause slower screen transitions.
- To keep the experience responsive, segment devices into multiple assets when your portfolio grows significantly.
