Choose the exact model, then follow its QR-code, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi setup flow. LoRa Sensors require an H5 Pro or H6 Pro in the selected asset.

Check that the device is online and its latest data time keeps updating.

Confirm the model printed on the device label before choosing a guide.

Before adding a Sensor

Sign in to your MOCREO account except when adding ST5, ST6, ST8, ST9, ST10, or MS1. For a LoRa Sensor, make sure the selected asset already contains an H5 Pro or H6 Pro LoRa Hub.
