Supported Alert Notifications

Only Hub-connected Sensors support App push and email notifications; local Bluetooth Sensors such as ST7, ST8, and ST7-CL do not.

Why doesn't my device support remote notifications?

  • Currently, local Sensors such as ST7, ST8, ST7-CL, and others only support Bluetooth connectivity, thus they do not support remote notifications (App push notifications and Email notifications).
  • Note: Only Sensors compatible with the Hub can be connected to the internet and enable remote notifications, while local Sensors (ST7, ST8, ST7-CL, etc.) only support Bluetooth connectivity and do not support connection with the Hub.

Hub Offline Notifications

If a Sensor System Hub remains offline for approximately 10 minutes, the cloud triggers a Hub offline notification. App push or email delivery requires the corresponding notification method to be enabled.
