Troubleshooting steps

  1. ST3/ST4/ST5/ST6/ST9/ST10/SW2: Open the charging-port cover and connect the supplied Micro USB cable. The red indicator stays on while charging and turns off when charging is complete. Disconnect the cable and close the cover.
  2. ST7/ST8: Turn the Sensor off, install a new 9 V 6LR61 battery, close the battery compartment, and turn the Sensor on. ST7 beeps when it powers on; for ST8, set the alarm switch to ON.
  3. MS1/MS2: Replace all three AAA batteries with new batteries of the same approved type, matching the + and - marks. Do not mix old and new batteries or different brands. Use low-temperature batteries in a freezer.
  4. ST1/ST2/SS1: Open the rear housing with a plastic card, not a metal tool. Install a new CR2032 battery with the + side facing the circuit board, then close the housing.
  5. Value still low: For a Hub-connected Sensor, place it near its Hub, press Setup/Test or the pinhole once, and check the Sensor App after a fresh report. For ST7/ST8, keep the phone nearby, open the Sensor detail page, and synchronize data when applicable.

The App battery percentage is an estimate and may not refresh immediately. If the value stays low after the correct charging or replacement action, provide the model, SN, battery type, deployment temperature, signal condition, and App result to support.
