Restore Hub and Sensor connections, including devices that go offline repeatedly.
Choose the device that is offline or disconnects repeatedly.
Hub Offline
Check Hub power, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and App status.
Sensor Offline or Frequently Disconnects
Check Sensor power, range, pairing, and repeated disconnects.
Hub Setup Failed
Check Hub discovery, network connection, and setup permissions.
Sensor Setup Failed
Check pairing, Sensor power, and the Hub connection during setup.
Wi-Fi/Router Changed
Reconnect the Hub after changing the router, Wi-Fi name, or password.
Hidden Wi-Fi Network
Connect the Hub to a hidden SSID with one of two workarounds.
NM1 Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi
Restore the NM1 Wi-Fi connection.
Improve Hub and Sensor Signal
Improve Hub-to-router and Sensor-to-Hub signal quality.
If the Sensor is online but its readings stop or the App reports a probe disconnection, use Sensor Probe Disconnected or Data Not Updating.
Account Registration Failed
Check the email address, mailbox folders, storage, filters, and sender allowlist when a Sensor System registration verification email does not arrive.
