MOCREO Smart System Web Portal
Open the MOCREO Web Platform in your browser.
- Open https://app.mocreo.com/ in a current web browser.
- Log in with the MOCREO account that owns or has joined the Smart System asset you want to manage.
- Select the asset you want to manage in the asset selector at the top right. An asset is the same as a Home in the Smart App.
Available Web Portal Areas
The sidebar provides Dashboard, Devices, Integrations (Webhooks and API Keys), and Automations. Your account settings are under User Center, opened from your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Available actions depend on your role in the selected asset. See the Smart Web Portal Guide for each page.
When to Use the Mobile App
The Web Portal does not replace every mobile workflow. Use the MOCREO Smart App to create an account, add or remove devices, change device alarm and notification settings, export history data, invite members, and whenever a setup guide requires phone Bluetooth, QR-code scanning, or mobile push notifications. You can reset a forgotten password from the Web Portal login page.
Smart System only
This portal is for MOCREO Smart System accounts and devices. It is not the local Hub configuration portal opened through a Hub's LAN IP, and it does not replace the classic MOCREO Sensor System portal.
