Data Export Considerations

Export options

The MOCREO Smart App supports both one-time exports and recurring scheduled exports.

One-time export

Use a one-time export when you need a specific range of historical data now.

Path: Home → Device card → Settings → History Data Export

1. Set Start Time and End Time.
2. Confirm the address under Receive Mail.
3. Tap Export to submit the request immediately.

Scheduled export

Use a scheduled export to deliver data automatically every day, week, or month.

Path: History Data Export → Scheduled Export

1. Enable Scheduled Export.
2. Confirm Receive Mail.
3. Select Export Time.
4. Select the available Frequency: every day, week, or month.
5. Choose whether to export raw readings or Aggregated Data, when aggregation is available for the selected device.
6. Tap Save.

Aggregated data in scheduled exports

Scheduled exports can apply a second processing step that summarizes the readings in each aggregation period:

• Minimum: the lowest reading in the period.
• Maximum: the highest reading in the period.
• Average: the arithmetic mean of the readings in the period.

Use aggregated data for compact trend reporting. Use raw readings when you need every stored data point for your own analysis.

Delivery and range notes

• You can request up to two years of historical readings.
• After a request is submitted, a download link is emailed to the address you provided. The link remains valid for seven days.
• The download is a .csv file. Charts are not included.
