Open https://app.mocreo.com/ for supported browser-based management tasks, or review the Web Portal guide. Continue following the App-specific paths in these guides unless a page explicitly describes a Web Portal workflow.
Overview availability in App v1.7
Path: Home → Overview → device needing attention → Alarm Logs
Overview appears only when you are signed in and the selected Home has a qualifying mix of Hubs and Sensors. If either condition is not met, the section is hidden.
View Data & History
Open live readings, charts, detailed history, and data comparison.
Alerts & Notifications
Set limits, active hours, anti-false-alarm delays, and notification channels.
Export Data
Send a one-time export or configure a recurring export schedule.
Data Calibration
Apply a confirmed temperature or humidity offset.
Firmware Upgrade
Check for and install available device firmware updates.
Customize the Home View
Switch card layouts and reorder devices on the Home page.
Rename or Remove a Device
Change a device name or remove it from the current Home.
