Third Party Compatibility

MQTT and third-party integration options for MOCREO H3, H5 Lite, H5 Pro, H6 Lite, and H6 Pro.

Integrating the Hub with third-party gateways or servers

  • Current firmware does not let the Hub talk directly to third-party gateways.
  • Smart Hub devices in the H3 / H5 / H6 series can operate as an MQTT client that publishes sensor data to your own MQTT broker.
  • Follow the MQTT Topic reference to configure topics and payload formats on your broker.
  • Once the broker is ready, open the Hub web portal via its LAN IP to enable MQTT output.
  • If the portal lacks MQTT options, update the Hub firmware in the app, then revisit the configuration guide to finish setup.
  • In Hybrid Mode, an MQTT-only outage is not backfilled. Review MQTT and Network Configuration for the two-path buffering rules.
