App and Account Settings
Contact SupportChange account credentials, check nickname options, and set temperature units and Sensor data view styles in the MOCREO Sensor App.
Change the Login Password
Path when signed in: Menu → Settings → Change Password
Follow the prompts in the App. If you cannot sign in, select Forget Password on the login page and follow the prompts to reset the password.
Change the Login Email
Path: Menu → Settings → Change Email
Enter the new email address and complete the verification steps shown in the App. This does not change the address used for alert emails.
Change the Account Nickname
The account nickname cannot be changed in the MOCREO Sensor App. Contact MOCREO Support to request a change.
Change the Temperature Unit
Path: Menu → Settings → Temperature Unit
Select Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).
Change a Sensor View Style
Path: Home → temperature or humidity Sensor card → Settings → Interface Style
Select Standard or Traditional. You can also open the Sensor detail page and tap the Traditional Style card to switch quickly.
This changes the data view for the selected Sensor only, not the Home page layout. The option is not available for water leak, door, or other non-temperature-and-humidity Sensors.
