App and Account Settings
Change account credentials, temperature units, and Sensor data view styles in the MOCREO Sensor App.
Change the Login Password
Path: Account controls → Change Password
Enter the required account information and save the new password. If you cannot sign in, use Forget Password on the login page.
Change the Login Email
Path: Account controls → Change Email
Enter the new email address and complete the verification steps shown in the App. This does not change the address used for alert emails.
Change the Temperature Unit
Path: Menu → Settings → Temperature Unit
Select Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).
Change a Sensor View Style
Path: Home → temperature or humidity Sensor card → Settings → Interface Style
Select Standard or Traditional. You can also open the Sensor detail page and tap the Traditional Style card to switch quickly.
This changes the data view for the selected Sensor only, not the Home page layout. The option is not available for water leak, door, or other non-temperature-and-humidity Sensors.
