Configure Alerts and Notifications
Set Sensor alert rules and enable App push or email notifications in the MOCREO Sensor App.
Configure a Sensor Alert Rule
Path: Home → Sensor card → upper-right Settings
Open the available temperature, humidity, water leak, or low-battery rule. Set the limits or enable the rule, configure Hub Beep when supported, then save.
The controls depend on the Sensor model. ST7 provides local temperature and low-battery alarms but does not support App push or email notifications.
Enable App Push and Email Notifications
Path: Menu → Alerts
- Select Push Notification and/or E-mail.
- For email alerts, enter the receiving address and complete email verification.
- Tap Save.
Remote notifications from Hub-connected Sensors require the Hub to remain powered and online.
Change the Alert Email Address
Path: Menu → Alerts → E-mail
Enter the new address, request and enter the verification code, then tap Save. To notify more than one address, see Multiple Alert Recipients.
