Calibrate Sensor Data

Apply a confirmed temperature or humidity offset to a Sensor in the MOCREO Sensor App.

However, we generally do not recommend that you calibrate, because our MOCREO Sensor is strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, and the measurement error of the Sensor is usually within ±0.9°F (±0.5°C). At the same time, we attach the sensor chip manual for your reference.

Yes.
First, you need an accurate temperature and/or humidity reference. Each value is calibrated separately, and you can choose to calibrate one, both, or none as needed. The accuracy of a non-calibrated sensor is set out in the complete specifications.
The available compensation range is -5.0 to +5.0°C (-9.0 to +9.0°F) for temperature and -5.0 to +5.0% RH for humidity. The step is 0.1°C or 0.1% RH; in Fahrenheit, each step is 0.18°F. See Temperature and Humidity Compensation for Sensor App alert and historical-data behavior.
Calibration should only correct a confirmed fixed variation. If you find a larger or unstable difference, please contact us, as this may indicate a problem with the calibration process or the Sensor.
The following situations may cause larger temperature/humidity differences:
- Sensor hardware damage (verification method: when you have multiple sensors, you can place multiple sensors in the same environment and measure differences of ±1.8°F (±1°C) is normal)
