Your Hub's MAC address is based on the Hub Serial Number (SN) and depends on the connection type:

Wi-Fi connection: MAC address matches the Hub SN
- Example: Hub SN MC30EDA03ACB98 → MAC address 30:ED:A0:3A:CB:98
Ethernet connection: MAC address is Hub SN + 3
- Example: Hub SN MC30EDA03ACB98 → MAC address 30:ED:A0:3A:CB:9B

How to factory reset my Hub

Factory reset erases Hub settings. If you only need to reconnect the Hub to a new Wi-Fi network, enter Setup mode instead. See Wi-Fi/Router Changed - How to Reconnect.
