Manage H5 Network and Wi-Fi

View Network Information

The H5 can show:
- SSID and Wi-Fi Signal
- IP, Router, and DNS Server
- MAC Addr
- Network Diagnostics
SSID and Wi-Fi signal are hidden while the H5 is using Ethernet.
Switch to a Saved Wi-Fi Network
Path: Network & Internet → SSID → Wi-Fi list → Network → Join This Network
The currently active network is marked in the list.
Add Another Network
Path: Network & Internet → SSID → Other Networks
Selecting Other Networks starts the H5 setup flow for a new Wi-Fi configuration.
Change or Remove a Saved Network
Open the network from the Wi-Fi list, then select:
- Change Password — re-enters Setup so the password can be entered again.
- Forget This Network — removes the saved configuration. The H5 requires at least one saved Wi-Fi network.
To investigate connectivity, open Network Diagnostics from Network & Internet and record any result shown on the right screen. If an error code appears, use the H5 screen error-code guide to check what the code means and follow its troubleshooting steps.
