View NS Data and Open Settings

Use 1H, 1D, 1W, 1M, or 1Y to change the chart range, then open View History Details for detailed history.

View Current and Recent Data

Path: Home → NS device card

  • NS1 and NS2 open the standard sensor detail page.
  • NS3 opens the dual-probe detail page.

Use 1H, 1D, 1W, 1M, or 1Y to change the chart range. Select View History Details to open detailed history.

Open NS Settings

Path: NS detail → Settings (⚙)

Tap the gear icon at the top right of the NS detail page. The page that opens is titled Sensor Settings. Depending on model capabilities and account role, the menu includes:

  • Alarm Settings
  • Data Calibration
  • History Data Export
  • Firmware Upgrade
  • Temperature Unit

Selecting Temperature Unit and confirming the prompt opens Home Management, where you select the Home and change its unit. The unit is shared across that Home.

NS firmware uses the App's Hub-style upgrade screen. Keep the NS device powered and online until the upgrade finishes.

Use the NS Sensor Button and Screen

The NS screen displays an action guide while the button is held. Release the button when the intended action is highlighted.
