Notes

The MOCREO Smart Web Portal is now available at https://app.mocreo.com. Sign in with your MOCREO account to monitor and manage the same devices from any desktop browser, with no app installation required.
Device setup stays in the MOCREO Smart App. The Portal manages devices that have already been added.

New Features

Dashboard - See the health of an asset at a glance: key status cards, an event trend chart for the last 7 or 30 days, a breakdown of issue types, and a list of recent device events you can open directly.
Device list and details - Search devices by name, model, ID, or room. Open a device to view its current readings, 24-hour and 7-day history charts (multi-probe devices are charted per probe), recent events, and available actions.
Device organisation - Rename a device and assign it to a room from the browser.
Automations - Create and edit alert rules in a guided editor: pick triggers, conditions, schedules, and actions step by step. Thresholds are checked against each device's measurement range, conflicting rules are flagged before you save, and advanced rules can be edited directly as JSON.
Recovery actions - Choose what should happen when a condition returns to normal, for example stopping the LB1 alarm automatically.
Automation run history - Review every execution of a rule with its result, and expand any run to see the full detail.
API keys - Create and revoke API keys, and choose exactly which permissions each key carries.
Webhooks - Send device events to your own endpoint over HTTPS, set timeout and retry limits, and review delivery records filtered by time, event type, or status.
Account management - Reset a forgotten password by email code, change your password, and set your language and theme against your account so the choice follows you to any browser.
Joined assets - Leave an asset that someone else shared with you, from your user centre.
Three languages - English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, with dates and times shown in your locale's format.

Known Limitations

Adding a new device is not available in the Portal. Use the MOCREO Smart App to set up new devices.
Members with read-only access can see every control but cannot use it; disabled controls explain why.
Each asset supports up to 20 automations.
