H5-Pro App Addition Guide

Before You Start

• H5-Pro Hub
• Supplied LoRa antenna, power adapter, and USB-A to USB-C cable
• A phone with the MOCREO Smart App installed
• The App permissions requested during setup

Add H5-Pro in the MOCREO Smart App

1. Connect the LoRa antenna to the H5-Pro.
2. Connect the Hub to power with the supplied adapter and cable.
3. Wait for the Hub screen and status light to turn on.
4. Open the MOCREO Smart App, tap +, and select H5-Pro.
5. Follow the in-app instructions and grant the requested phone permissions.

Confirm the Device Was Added

Confirm that the H5-Pro appears in the App and shows as online.

If setup fails, record the message shown on the H5-Pro and in the App before contacting MOCREO Support.
