Restored BLE advertising filtering so the Hub only processes advertisements from MOCREO Sensors, reducing scan load in environments with many Bluetooth devices. Note: scan response packets are filtered as well, so a Sensor name may appear incomplete or as its MAC address.
Added self-recovery for stalled BLE scanning: the Hub reboots itself if scanning stops reporting results for about 10 minutes, saving the Sensor list, history data, and logs beforehand.
Added a remote-log warning when BLE advertising events approach the scan buffer limit.

Fixed connecting to the wrong access point when several access points share the same Wi-Fi name.
Fixed setup mode not exiting when re-entered without rebooting after provisioning.
Fixed the Wi-Fi connection retry hanging when the fallback scan could not find the target network.
Fixed Sensors reporting duplicate serial numbers for the same MAC address; the Hub now admits one of them and rebuilds the mapping on asset sync.

Optimized network connection stability with an automatic reconnection mechanism after Wi-Fi or Ethernet disconnections.
Improved the reporting mechanism to immediately report when a significant battery level drop (10%) is detected on the sensors.
Added an automatic restart mechanism to recover from prolonged network disconnections.
Improved data synchronization mechanism to ensure public IP and device configurations are synchronized accurately.
Added an exponential backoff mechanism for connection retries to improve stability.

Fixed an issue where the LED indicator effect was not correctly updated after the network connection was restored.
