Improved AP fallback logic when saved networks share the same SSID but use different passwords or encryption modes.

Fixed an issue where the device failed to auto-exit Setup mode after connecting to AP B without rebooting.

The Hub again ignores Bluetooth broadcasts from devices other than MOCREO Sensors. As a side effect, some Sensor names may appear shortened or be shown as a MAC address.
The device now restarts itself if Bluetooth scanning stops responding for about 10 minutes, instead of needing a manual power cycle. The Sensor list, history, and logs are saved before it restarts.

Fixed the device connecting to the wrong access point when several access points share the same Wi-Fi name.
Fixed being unable to leave Setup mode when entering it again without restarting the device.
Fixed the device waiting indefinitely when the fallback Wi-Fi scan found no matching network; it now resumes its normal connection attempts.

Web Portal login is now required, and network settings are validated before being saved.
Network diagnostics can now be started remotely from the App.
Default settings are applied automatically when a Sensor is first added.

Improved how recently reconnected MS3 Sensors are handled.
Sensor rules stored on the device are reset when a Sensor is added, so it starts from a clean state.
Bluetooth scanning now stops before entering Setup mode, making setup more reliable.

Fixed cases where history recorded while a Sensor was offline, or just after it came back online, could be missing.
Fixed MS3 offline history upload issues, including missing data, incorrect times, and restarts during large uploads.
Fixed several Web Portal issues related to fixed IP settings, login text, sessions, and setting saves.

Optimized network connection stability with an automatic reconnection mechanism after Wi-Fi or Ethernet disconnections.
Improved the reporting mechanism to immediately report when a significant battery level drop (10%) is detected on the sensors.
Added an automatic restart mechanism to recover from prolonged network disconnections.
Improved data synchronization mechanism to ensure public IP and device configurations are synchronized accurately.
Added an exponential backoff mechanism for CoAP connection retries to improve stability.

Fixed an issue where the LED indicator effect was not correctly updated after the network connection was restored.
Fixed an issue where the LS1/LS2 configuration was not synced to the server in a timely manner.
