Connectivity Troubleshooting
Contact SupportChoose the Smart System connection path for an offline device, failed setup, or changed Wi-Fi network.
Choose the device and symptom before following any recovery steps. NS1, NS2, and NS3 connect directly to Wi-Fi; BLE and LoRa Sensors report through a Hub.
Offline Devices
Hub Offline
H3/H5/H6 Hubs: check power, internet access, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and network diagnostics.
Wi-Fi Sensor Offline
NS1/NS2/NS3: check Sensor power and its direct Wi-Fi connection. These Sensors do not use a Hub.
Hub-Connected Sensor Offline
BLE/LoRa Sensors: check the Hub first, then Sensor power and Sensor-to-Hub signal.
If several Hub-connected Sensors go offline together, check their Hub first. If a Sensor is online but reports a disconnected probe or abnormal readings, use Measurement Troubleshooting.
