Inaccurate Monitoring Data
Check probe placement and compare Sensor readings.
Probe Disconnected
Choose the Sensor model, then follow the detachable or built-in probe path.
Alert Not Triggering
Check the alert rule when readings cross a threshold but no event appears in Alarm Logs.
If the device itself is offline, start with Connectivity Troubleshooting. If an alert event exists but no notification arrives, use Notification Troubleshooting.
