Wi-Fi Sensor Offline
Contact SupportRestore an offline NS1, NS2, or NS3 Sensor by checking power, its direct Wi-Fi connection, and network setup.
Applies only to NS1, NS2, and NS3. These Sensors connect directly to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and do not require a Hub.
For an offline Hub, use Hub Offline. For a BLE or LoRa Sensor that reports through a Hub, use Hub-Connected Sensor Offline.

Troubleshooting steps
- Check Sensor power. If the screen and status indicator are off, reseat the adapter and cable and try a known-good outlet. No response suggests a power or hardware problem.
- Check the Wi-Fi network. Confirm that other devices on the same 2.4 GHz network can access the internet. Restore the router or internet connection first if they cannot.
- Test near the router. Move the Sensor closer to the router and reduce metal, thick walls, enclosed cabinets, and other interference. If it reconnects, improve its permanent placement.
- Check network restrictions. Follow the Wi-Fi and cloud-connection checks in Hub or Wi-Fi Sensor Setup Failed. If needed, run the Windows, macOS, or Linux network testing tool while the issue is occurring.
- Reconnect the Sensor. Sign in to the Smart App. Hold Setup for about 5 seconds on NS1/NS2 or 5–10 seconds on NS3 until Setup mode appears. Select the exact Sensor model in Home > [+] > Add Devices and configure the current Wi-Fi network. This also applies after changing the router, Wi-Fi name, or password; do not follow Hub setup instructions for an NS Sensor.
If it remains offline, keep it powered and contact support with the model, SN, offline time, error message, and network test result.
Hub Offline
Restore an offline Smart System H3/H5/H6 Hub using power, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, network diagnostics, and reconnection checks.
