Probe Disconnected

Choose the Sensor model group, then reconnect a detachable probe or contact support for a non-serviceable probe.

If you receive a "probe disconnection" error message from MOCREO or observe this abnormal Sensor status in the MOCREO Smart App, follow one branch at a time.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Detachable probe (ST5/ST9/ST10/MS1/LS2/NS1/NS2/NS3/SD1/SW2): Unplug the probe, clean and dry the connector, reinsert it firmly, and wait about 30 seconds. If another same-model Sensor is available, cross-test the probe. On H5 Lite, press the control knob if the screen asks you to enable the external probe.
  2. External non-detachable probe (ST8/MS2/MS3): Do not pull the cable or open the Sensor. Contact support with the model, SN, indicator state, and recent readings.
  3. Built-in or non-serviceable probe (ST6/LS1/LS3): Do not open the Sensor. Contact support directly with the model, SN, indicator state, and recent readings.
  4. If a detachable probe still reports disconnected: Contact support and state whether the fault followed the probe or remained with the Sensor body.
