Troubleshooting steps

  1. No indicator: Use the supplied 5V/1A adapter, reseat the cable, and try another outlet. If the light stays off, contact MOCREO support.
  2. Red indicator: Check whether other devices can access the internet. For Wi-Fi, move the Hub closer to the router and reduce interference. For Ethernet, reseat or replace the cable. Power the Hub off for 1 minute, then restart it. If it stays red, hold Pairing for about 5 seconds until blue flashes, then re-add it or test another 2.4 GHz network.
  3. Blue indicator: The Hub is in Setup mode. Add or re-add it in the Sensor App.
  4. Purple breathing indicator: The Hub is running normally at the device level. Refresh the App and verify internet access. If the card remains gray, send the Hub SN, problem time, and light state to support.
