Wi-Fi/Router Changed - How to Reconnect

Run the Hub setup guide again and select the new 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or enter its new password.

If you changed your router, Wi-Fi name, or Wi-Fi password, the Hub cannot reconnect on its own.

Run the appropriate Hub setup guide again and select the new 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or enter its new password. Connected Sensors keep their pairing; no Sensor setup is required.

If the Hub still shows offline after setup, follow Hub Offline.

How Can I Improve Hub and Sensor Signal?

Improve Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, and Zigbee signal between the Hub, Sensor, and router by changing placement and reducing interference.

Connect the Hub to a Hidden Wi-Fi Network

MOCREO Hubs cannot join a hidden SSID directly; temporarily unhide the network or set the Wi-Fi through the Hub Web Portal.
