Unable to receive verification code when registering an account
If you do not receive the registration verification email, you may follow these standard troubleshooting steps:
Check the spam
- Sometimes, the verification email might be mistakenly marked as spam or promotional email. Review your spam folder to see if the verification email has been misclassified and placed there.
Verify the email address
- Ensure that the email address you entered during registration is accurate.
Check email storage space.
- Ensure that your mailbox has not reached its storage limit. If it is full, delete some old emails to free up space.
Add the sender to the whitelist
- Sometimes, email servers block messages from senders not included in the whitelist. Please add noreply@notification.mocreo.com to your email whitelist or contacts list.
Review your email filtering rules.
- Sometimes, email filters may automatically move messages to specific folders. Check your email settings to ensure no filter rules are redirecting verification emails to other folders.
Attempt to resend the verification email.
- Click the "Resend code" option below the "Enter code" interface and see if your email receives the new verification code.
Use a different email address.
- If the above methods prove ineffective, try registering with a different email address. See if you can receive the verification email.
