Offline

NS1 offline

If NS1 goes offline, both the NS1 LCD Display and the MOCREO client will display clear error indicators.

After NS1 goes offline, we recommend sequentially checking the NS1 power supply and the deployment network environment for any anomalies.

Check if the NS1 power supply is abnormal

You can visit the NS1 deployment site and determine the current stability of the NS1 power supply by checking whether the NS1 LCD Display is able to normally show relevant information.

Inspect the network

After ruling out power supply issues, the NS1 offline status is generally related to the following reasons:

NS1 failed to connect to the Wi-Fi access point

You can access the network management interface to check for the presence of the device, thereby determining if the NS1 has successfully connected to the Wi-Fi access point.

For example, with NS1 (SN: MC34B47252F4F4), the criteria for determination are:

  1. Device Name: MOCREO-F4F4
  2. Device MAC Address: 34:B4:72:52:F4:F4

NS1 successfully connected to the internet, but due to network anomalies, the device is unable to access the MOCREO Cloud Server

First, verify whether other devices on the same network as the NS1 are functioning properly.

If they are functioning, attempt to re-add the device through the MOCREO Smart App and observe whether the NS1 successfully comes back online.

If other devices are also not working, we recommend prioritizing the repair of the network.
