Sensor offline

Please adopt the appropriate solution to restore the sensor online according to the current operational mode you have chosen.

Standalone use

  1. Try placing the sensor next to the phone to see if it resumes normal operation.

  2. Check if the sensor's battery is depleted. You may try replacing the internal battery of the ST8 sensor to see if it resumes normal operation.

Use with hub

Determining Sensor Status

We recommend that you first check the current status of the Sensor (offline/unbound).

For a Sensor that has been unlinked from your MOCREO account, you need to re-add it through the App to restore its normal functionality. However, for an offline Sensor, re-adding through the App is not necessarily required.

  • Sensor Offline: You can see an "offline icon" at the top right corner of the Sensor card in the MOCREO Smart App.

  • Sensor Unbound: The Sensor has been unlinked from your MOCREO account, and you can no longer monitor it in the MOCREO Smart App.

Solution

Offline Sensor: Check the sensor's battery level and adjust its positioning to ensure it is within the Bluetooth range of the hub.

unlinked: Re-add the sensor using the MOCREO Smart App. Once added, place the sensor back in the monitoring environment.
