Configure Alerts and Notifications

Open Alarm Rules

Path: Home → Device card → Settings → Alarm Rules

The page is named Sensor Settings or Hub Settings, depending on the selected device.

Configure the Rule

1. Open the relevant component or probe under Alarm Rules.
2. Enable the supported rule, such as Temperature Alarm or Humidity Alarm.
3. Set the acceptable range.
4. If needed, configure Anti-False Alarm and Active Hours.
5. Choose the available sound and notification options.
6. Tap Save.

Notification choices can include:

• Sensor Buzzer or Alarm Buzzer, when supported by the hardware
• App Push Notifications
• Critical Alerts on supported iOS devices
• Email Notifications

To prevent the Hub from beeping when this Sensor triggers the configured alarm, turn off Alarm Buzzer in the Sensor's Alarm Settings, then tap Save. This setting controls the Hub buzzer for that Sensor's alarm rule.

The App builds this page from the selected device's capabilities. A missing option usually means that the model, probe, or current user role does not support it.

After saving, perform one controlled test before relying on a new rule at a critical site.
