Migrate from MOCREO Sensor to MOCREO Smart

Before You Migrate

• Choose a compatible Smart System Hub. Available options include H3, H5-Lite, H5-Pro, H6-Lite, and H6-Pro. Check the product list to confirm exact sensor compatibility.
• Back up your existing data. Monitoring data is not shared between the MOCREO Sensor and MOCREO Smart systems. Export any data you need before you stop using the old system.
• Keep your existing account credentials. You can sign in to the MOCREO Smart App with the registered email address and password from your MOCREO Sensor account.

Migration Steps

1. Purchase or prepare a compatible Smart System Hub.
2. Download the MOCREO Smart App.
3. Sign in with your existing registered email address and password.
4. Add the new Hub and compatible devices in the MOCREO Smart App.
