Update Device Firmware
Path: Home → Device card → Settings → Firmware Upgrade
- Keep the phone and device nearby and maintain stable power and network access.
- Open Firmware Upgrade.
- If an update is available, tap Upgrade Now and keep the App open until completion.
NS1, NS2, and NS3 use the Hub-style firmware upgrade screen in the App. This is expected and does not mean the sensor has become a Hub.
MS3 and SD1 use a separate secure firmware-upgrade flow even though the page title is still Firmware Upgrade.
