Update Device Firmware

Path: Home → Device card → Settings (⚙) → Firmware Upgrade

1. Keep the phone and device nearby and maintain stable power and network access.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right of the device detail page, then open Firmware Upgrade under General Settings.
3. If an update is available, tap Upgrade Now and keep the App open until completion.

NS1, NS2, and NS3 use the Hub-style firmware upgrade screen in the App. This is expected and does not mean the sensor has become a Hub.

MS3 and SD1 use a separate secure firmware-upgrade flow even though the page title is still Firmware Upgrade.

If the App shows Not Support after you tap Upgrade Now, the Sensor's current firmware cannot be upgraded in the App. This applies to ST5, ST6, ST8, ST9, and ST10 with firmware below 3.0. Tap Contact Us for help.

On iPhone 17 series phones, some Bluetooth LE Sensors with older firmware cannot connect for an upgrade. See BLE Connection & OTA.
