Rename or Remove a Device
Open a Hub or Sensor settings page to change its name or remove it from the current Home.
Rename a Device
Path: Home → device card → Settings → Information → Name
Enter a name of up to 20 characters, then tap Confirm.
Remove a Device
- Sensor path: Home → Sensor card → Settings → Remove Device
- Hub path: Home → Hub card → Settings → Remove Device
Tap Remove Device, review the warning, and tap Confirm.
The settings page is named Sensor Settings or Gateway Settings, depending on the device.
Removing a device does not fix an offline issue or factory-reset the device. These actions require Admin permission.
Customize the Home View
Switch between card and list layouts or reorder device cards on the Home page.
How to Share Devices with Others (Multi-user Alerts)
By inviting others to join your MOCREO "Home" (Organization), they will gain access to the devices under that Home, allowing them to monitor data and receive alerts just like you.
