Why didn’t my Sensor trigger an alert?

Scenario
Sensor data moves outside the threshold you set, yet the app shows no alert event.

Before contacting us
- Confirm you are dealing with missing alert events. If alerts exist in the app but you never received notifications, see alarm notification abnormality for the solution instead.
- If no alert event appears, message us with the affected sensor SN so we can investigate.

Likely cause
The Hub may still store an older alert rule that does not match the rule now shown in the MOCREO app.

Quick refresh steps
1. Open the app and go to the Sensor configuration page.
2. Change the alert range, save, then change it back to the original range and save again.
3. Observe the Sensor to see whether alerts resume as expected.

Example
For a freezer Sensor set to trigger between 0–5 °F, change the range to 1–5 °F, save, then revert to 0–5 °F and save again. Place the Sensor at room temperature and check whether the alert fires.
