How to Dismiss/Mute Sensor Alarms

If your sensor triggers an alarm, you can silence the Hub's beeping using either the App or the Hub itself.

Method A: Remote Dismiss via MOCREO App

1. Open the MOCREO Smart App. An alarm popup will appear.
2. Tap Temporary Dismiss.
3. The Hub will stop beeping immediately.

Note: If the sensor readings remain outside the safe range for 1 hour, the alarm will trigger again.

Method B: Local Dismiss via H5 Hub

Simply navigate to the Sensor App on the Hub's screen, rotate the knob to select the flashing red sensor, and press the knob to confirm. This acknowledges the event and silences the beep.

Note: Just like the App method, the alarm will resume after 1 hour if conditions do not improve.
