Q3: Wi-Fi Network Changed - How to Reconnect My Sensor?

If your network environment has changed, we recommend re-adding your NS1 Sensor through the MOCREO Smart App and selecting the new Wi-Fi network during the setup process.

Steps:

  1. Ensure your NS1 Sensor is in Setup mode - Press and hold the Sensor Setup button for approximately 5 seconds until the screen displays the Setup mode information.

  2. Re-add the sensor through the MOCREO Smart App and select your new Wi-Fi network.

  3. Once the setup is complete, the NS1 Sensor will update its cached Wi-Fi configuration and resume normal operation.


Q4: Sensor Monitoring Data Appears Inaccurate - What Should I Do?

Q5: External Probe Connection Issues

Solution:

a. First, try the following: - Remove the external temperature probe from the sensor - Clean the probe connection area with a soft tissue - Reinsert and secure the probe firmly - Wait approximately 30 seconds and check if the monitoring data returns to normal

b. If the issue persists: - Swap the probe with an external probe from another working NS1 Sensor - Observe whether the issue follows the probe or remains with the original sensor - This will help identify whether the problem is related to the probe itself or the sensor body
