Where to Buy Accessories (Charging Cables, Probes, Batteries)?¶

Official Channels: You can purchase external probes and external probe extension cables from the Amazon MOCREO store or the MOCREO official website.
Universal Accessories: For standard power adapters, USB charging cables, or AAA batteries, you can also purchase compatible universal products from local stores.

Power Adapter Specifications:

ST Series and SW2 Sensor: DC 5V/1A power adapter and Micro USB cable (maximum current greater than 1A)
MOCREO H1B Hub: 5V/1A power cable (USB Type A to DC 5V power cable, output connector: 5.5mm x 2.1mm round plug)
MOCREO H5 Hub: 5V/1A power cable (USB Type A to Type C connector)

MOCREO is committed to maintaining good ecosystem compatibility.

General Compatibility: Most MOCREO Bluetooth sensors can connect to all currently available MOCREO Hubs.
Firmware Updates: Sometimes newly released sensors may require the Hub to be updated to the latest firmware for recognition. Please check in the App if your Hub has a firmware update available (Firmware Upgrade).
Special Models: A very small number of devices using different communication protocols (such as LoRaWAN or Wi-Fi direct connection) may not connect through standard Bluetooth Hubs. For detailed compatibility information, please refer to the Product List.

H5 Master / Hub: The core of the system, responsible for connecting sensors and uploading data to the cloud. Supports both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections.

ST/MS/LS Series: Focus on temperature or temperature and humidity monitoring.
SW/LW Series: Water leak/flood sensors, used for monitoring water leakage incidents.
LD Series: Door/window open-close sensors, used for security or access monitoring.
LB Series: Sound and light alarms, serving as system expansion accessories.
