How to Change Registered Email?

Navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Change Email Account

What to Do If You Forgot Your Password?

MOCREO Smart App currently supports two methods to reset your password:

  1. Password Reset via Email (from the App login page):
  2. On the login page, use the "Forgot Password" option
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password

  5. Change Password in App (if you remember your current password):

  6. Navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Change Password
  7. Enter your current password and new password
  8. Confirm the change

How to Delete or Cancel Account?

To delete your account, navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Delete Account

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, devices, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
