How to Change Registered Email?¶
Navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Change Email Account
What to Do If You Forgot Your Password?¶
MOCREO Smart App currently supports two methods to reset your password:
- Password Reset via Email (from the App login page):
- On the login page, use the "Forgot Password" option
- Enter your registered email address

Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password

Change Password in App (if you remember your current password):
- Navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Change Password
- Enter your current password and new password
- Confirm the change
How to Delete or Cancel Account?¶
To delete your account, navigate to: Profile >>> Settings >>> Accounts and Security >>> Delete Account
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, devices, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
