My Sensor Setup Failed. What Should I Do?

(Applies to Bluetooth LE/LoRa Sensors)

Important Notes:
- Sensor Setup only involves Bluetooth connection between sensor and mobile device.
- If sensor goes offline after successful setup, see My Sensor is Offline. What Should I Do?
- For remote monitoring: Complete Hub Setup before adding sensors.
- For local use only: Add Bluetooth LE sensors directly without Hub.

App Bluetooth Scan Didn't Detect Device

Confirm Setup mode status

Check for brief continuous blue LED flash (except ST8). If not present:
- Bluetooth LE (ST5/ST6/ST9/ST10/SW2):
Open rubber cover → Press button inside pinhole for 1s → Blue LED flashes briefly
- Bluetooth LE (ST8):
Regardless of initial switch position (ON/OFF):
Flip switch from OFF to ON position
- Bluetooth LE (MS1):
Press Setup button for 3s
- LoRa (LS1/LS2):
Press Setup button for 3s

Ensure proximity to mobile device

Place sensor near phone

Verify sensor status

For sensors requiring external probes:
Insert probe into main body before setup
