H5-Lite monitoring data cannot update.

If your H5-Lite is currently online but the monitoring data still fails to update normally, this may be due to a failed connection between the H5-Lite external temperature probe and the H5-Lite main body.

You can try to resolve this issue by following the troubleshooting steps and solutions below:

  • Ensure that your H5-Lite external temperature probe is correctly inserted. The probe interface is located on the back of the device and marked with "PROBE."
  • You can try wiping the probe's USB Type-C interface with a tissue to ensure it is clean and free of debris. After cleaning, reinsert the probe into the H5-Lite main body and observe whether the normal monitoring data updates.
