Sensor setup failed

If adding your sensor through the MOCREO Smart App is unsuccessful, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Please place the sensor near the hub and your phone, ensuring that the sensor is within the Bluetooth scanning range of both the phone and the hub.

  2. Ensure that the phone's system has successfully granted the MOCREO Smart App the appropriate Bluetooth permissions.

  3. Try turning off the phone's Bluetooth and then turning it back on. Attempt to add the device again through the app.
